All of our personnel undergo induction training, basic training as well as assignment specific training and we encourage and support vocational training especially where it benefits us. We incorporate regular refresher training and include remedial training as a central tenet in our disciplinary system. Training records are meticulously maintained and available to our clients for inspection.
